Peef and Lo's Car Bombs
If you never thought about beer as a "dessert," these floats will make you think twice. Rich, and tasty -- and reminiscent of a great Irish coffee drink -- these floats are a vast improvement on the average stout float.
1 pint vanilla custard (yes, we use real custard here in WI)
4 shots Irish Whiskey
8 T chocolate syrup
2 chilled 16 oz cans Youngs Double Chocolate Stout
Divide custard among 4 (16-ounce) glasses, Drizzle in approximately 2 T of chocolate syrup over custard. Pour 1 shot glass filled with Irish Whiskey over the top. Finally, slowly pour 8 ounces stout into each glass.
