Chipotle Slaw

Sweet and spicy. Tangy and smoky. Chipotle slaw is everything you'd ever want in a side dish... or a sammich topping. And making it with broccoli boosts the nutritional profile into seriously exciting territory. Why not try it out today? If you're worried about the heat, start out with less chipotle pepper.

This slaw is just perfect on BBQ tempeh sammiches. Or as a topping for fish tacos.
