What a healthy alternative to french fries! And I'm so glad you included a recipe for herbal salt. I've been wanting to try this for awhile now. Thanks for sharing!
Mine turned all brown and shriveled without ever getting crispy. What do I do?
You may have to adjust your oven temperature to promote crisping. Also make sure you dry off the beans thoroughly before roasting.
Can I just say - I've been making these green beans since I printed the recipe in 2010 - we love them so much! And the rosemary salt is an annual treat on so many other things too! Thanks! :)
